Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra

The Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra sharpener is a simple yet highly effective system for getting an edge back onto your blade. It is supplied with four sharpening stones of 120, 320, 600 and 1,500 grit which are all easily exchangeable into the main frame and stored in the nylon pouch when not in use.

A marker pen is also included enabling the user to mark the edge to ascertain whether the stone has come into contact with the steel.

The base uses suction to securely attach to a table to make sure the equipment is rock solid. The angle of the grind is determined by the rod at the back of the sharpener which is secured into place with a screw. For larger blades a hand held technique works well allowing the user the freedom to move the edge to the position required. For smaller pocket knives a clamp blade cam be employed to secure the blade into place.
